A toe hold is a joint lock targeting the ankle and foot. It involves gripping the opponent´s foot with both hands and applying pressure, creating a twisting motion. This puts strain on the ankle ligaments and joints, potentially leading to a submission. Proper technique and control are crucial to execute it safely.
This sticker is perfect to stick on your BJJ notebook, laptop, cell phone, water bottle or on the entrance of you Jiu Jitsu Gym.
